Attendance & Punctuality
- 3+ no call/no shows = removal from program.
- Missing a full week with no activity = termination.
- Repeated tardiness = performance review or offboarding.

- Branded NXT gear encouraged in the field.

- No harassment, discrimination, or theft allowed.

- All client info, pitch decks, and pricing must remain private.

- Stay respectful and professional in all chats, emails, and meetings.
- Show up prepared and engaged for team meetings.

- Submit all corrections by Wednesday 3 PM.
- Late changes roll into the following Fridayβs payout.

π§Ύ Recruit Onboarding
- Interview via company website.
- Attend Solar Masterclass to complete onboarding.
π Program Training Requirements
- League: Attend all 3 Masterclass days.
- KnockSquad: Attend Wed/Thurs only.
- Lead Program: Attend Wed/Thurs only.
- Call Center: Opener - Wed & Thurs / Closer - Wed to Fri.
ποΈ Day 1 Expectations by Program
- League: Mon @12:15PM β show up dressed, signed docs, ready. Day 1: shadow only.
- KnockSquad: Thurs 11AM β Day 1: shadow only, Day 3: full knock.
- Lead Program: Thurs β learn Smartsheet, Enzy, pitch flow. Day 3: active shadow.
- Call Center: Same as Lead Program structure.
- Closer: Mon @11AM β shadow 2β3 presentations. Close by Day 3 or review needed.
πΌ Pay Expectations
- Opener/Closer split: closer should never earn less per kW.
- No NTP or failed inspection = no commission.
- Use HDM to qualify for opener payment.
β Offboarding Rules
- 3 no-shows, full-week ghosting, poor performance, dress code issues, or theft = offboarded.
- Email: HR@nxtlevel.homes and IT@nxtlevel.homes for access removal.
- Rep must speak to HR before returning.
